The Niobrara Tribune is asking Niobrara area residents to send photos of their 2023 harvested deer to the newspaper this fall for the Tribune’s Big Buck Contest.
To participate in the contest, hunters can send a photo of themselves with their harvested deer to: niobraratribune@yahoo.com from now until Dec. 31, 2023. Please include name, address, and date the deer was taken, also, if the deer was harvested during rifle, archery, or muzzle loader season.
Photos will be displayed in the Tribune and on the Tribune’s Facebook page, and participating hunters will be entered into a random prize drawing. The grand prize for the contest is $100 in Niobrara Bucks, supplied by the Niobrara Tribune and the Whitetail River Lodge at Niobrara.
