Plans were made for the Fourth Annual All Things Pumpkin event, at the regular meeting of the Niobrara Promoters on Thursday, July 15. The event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 16 with a variety of things taking place, including a vendor fair, pancake feed, lighted ATV parade, passport stops, hay rack rides and much more.
