Empty chair represents "missing"

The American Legion Post 224 reminds that Sept. 16 is the annual POW/MIA Day and the empty chair at the Niobrara Mall represents the 82,000 American Servicemen who are still missing. The chair is serving as a reminder of all the sacrifices made for the country by these American servicemen, who have too long been forgotten by all but their families and friends, the Legion Post members stated.
