The 8th annual Crofton Alumni Men’s Basketball tournament was held in the local gym on Saturday, March 18 with team members from 2001 to 2023 participating in this year’s event.
Organizer John Connot reported that the Class Team of 2004-05-06-07 took the Championship title after three games. The 04-07 team took out the 2010-11-18 team 45-39 in the second round of the tournament, and then faced the 08-09-13 team at 6 p.m. for the first-place game, winning 36-31 after four.
The first-place team included: Travis Schumacher, Morgan Wagner, Bjaye Scott, Travis Arens, Chris Thoene, Taylor Schumacher, Brady Arens, Cullen Kohles and Tom Scott.
